LeBron James was our guest in 2011 summer
NbaStars.net host LeBron Raymone James, who is an American professional basketball player for the Miami Heat of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Nicknamed "King James", he was a three-time "Mr. Basketball" of Ohio in high school, and was highly promoted in the national media as a future NBA superstar while a sophomore at St. Vincent – St. Mary High School. He was selected with the number one pick in the 2003 NBA Draft by the Cleveland Cavaliers. Listed as a small forward, James has set numerous youngest player records since joining the league. He was named the NBA Rookie of the Year in 2003–04, was named the NBA Most Valuable Player in 2008–09 and 2009–10, and has been both an All-NBA selection and an All-Star every season since 2005. In 2010, a much-publicized free agency process ended with James signing with the Miami Heat.
He spent 5 days with our campers from 9 AM to 9 PM. He showed how much he love this game and share his amazing experiences and his little secrets about improving his game. He tought about defense, offense, shooting, campers had an opportunity to take pictures with him and autographed their jerseys.

LeBron Turkeeeeyyyy, Turkeeyyyy
Berk: King king king... And we both laugh...
Berk: Thank you for allowing us to interview with you in your busy schedure during the camp. What is your main purpose for organizing a camp like that?
LeBron: I see this camp little different than just teaching basketball. In this camp, I am trying to give back to to basketball and try to share with all my campers what I have which makes me happy.
Berk: LeBron, what do you think about lockout? Deron Williams transfered to Turkey, Turkish team Besiktas in talks with Kobe Bryant now. What do you think?
LeBron: I am very optimistic about lockout period. I think we could come up with a resolution to the NBA lockout and it has been 'really difficult' not playing. I continue my trainings to be better basketball player and I am ready to play tomorrow.
Berk: Turkey is a country which is represented with 6 players the NBA? Thoughts about the Turkish basketball?
LeBron: In the last world championships the Turks proved the power of their country with playing final with USA Basketball team. Here we have very talented children.
Berk: Scottie Pippen thought that you are better than Michael Jordan, your thoughts?
LeBron: Scottie Pippen is a legendary name. His ideas were very important for me but I don't find this comparison right. Mike (Michael Jordan) is one INCREDIBLE guy. Beside Mike, Larry Bird, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar as the biggest stars and players who ruled this game.
Berk: The Turkish athletes performasnlarını How did you find?
LeBron: As I said, the Turks proved they are capable in this regard. If there is a single story for children. Yourself if you geliştiremiyorsanız, which means you go to this abuse. The study should continue. This camping experience and connecting them to the game and increase their self confidence.
